MENTORING FOR IDPs
The mentoring scheme is specifically designed for internally displaced and relocated university students in Ukraine and Georgia who have been compelled to relocate due to various factors. It aims to empower young people to navigate the multifaceted challenges associated with their academic, social, and psychological well-being, facilitating their successful integration into new environments. Core components of the program include social entrepreneurship and community-oriented projects, which together with consultations and training offer a holistic support system. BUSINESS AND STARTUP MENTORING
The scheme is designed for senior students and university faculty who are transitioning into the job market or aiming to commercialize their research. Participants receive advice and professional support through mentoring sessions, coaching, and collaborative startup projects, enhancing their market competitiveness. GREEN DEAL MENTORING
The scheme provides a learning platform for exchanging knowledge and innovative practices in green technologies, including ecologization of production, agrotechnologies, transport, biodiversity, energy efficiency, decarbonization, clean energy, advanced clean technological innovations, etc. It targets senior students and professionals, focusing on the European Green Deal’s implementation and development. LOCAL GOVERNMENT-LED MENTORING
The scheme is designed for higher education students in law, public administration, and management, aiming to prepare them for roles in public administration and legal sectors. Through the program, mentees develop practical skills in lawmaking, law enforcement, and management, enhancing their ability to tackle complex tasks, including those related to national security. Mentees engage in various forms of practical learning including internships, practical training, joint projects, and consultations, facilitated by mentors to develop their skills, understand the legal and public administration systems, and prepare for future employment. YOUNG TEACHER MENTORING

FIRST-YEAR STUDENT TUTORING

GENDER MENTORING (WOMEN IN SCIENCE)
The mentoring scheme aims to empower student girls to become more goal-oriented and actively participate in scientific events, enhancing their professionalism and career advancement while promoting gender equality in education. The collaboration between mentor and mentee is focused on skill and confidence development for professional growth, raising awareness on gender issues, and implementing preventive measures against gender discrimination. Various forms of work, including project development, research design, presentations, and discussions, are incorporated to facilitate learning and awareness. INTERNATIONALIZATION TUTORING FOR OUTGOING STUDENTS

The mentoring scheme is designed to support for international students, particularly those from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds, as they adapt to a new country. The scheme centers around international students who are assisted by local students in navigating various aspects of life in their new environment. This approach focuses on language assistance, campus navigation, overcoming cultural shock, social integration, and more. Buddy tutoring aims to create an environment where international students can comfortably settle into their new surroundings while building lasting connections with local peers.
