Working meeting with the PROMENT consortium


The PROMENT project consortium held a productive working meeting today, marking a significant milestone in the initiative’s development. Participants engaged in discussions covering various key issues, with a focus on future initiatives. Specific points addressed include:

  1. Discussion of Methodological Issues: Participants explored the development of educational materials and the determination of effective strategies for implementing and monitoring the quality of educational resources.
  2. Creation of University Tutoring and Mentoring (T&M) Centers: Consideration was given to the typical “Regulations on the Operation of the Coordination Unit T&M Center,” as well as the procurement of equipment for the Centers.
  3. Approval of Visualization Materials: The communications committee discussed and approved visualization materials, including a banner (intended for printing on a 160*60 cm canvas), an electronic poster for Zoom screen savers, a PROMENT project participant certificate, a folder, a notebook, and more.
  4. Piloting of the T&M Program at the Regional Level: Timing for the commencement of the first pilot was discussed, considering the schedules of the educational processes of Ukrainian and Georgian universities, as well as the deadlines of the PROMENT project.
  5. Evaluation and Dissemination of Results: Plans for evaluating and disseminating the outcomes of the project were outlined.

The working meeting underscored the consortium’s capacity to collaborate effectively toward shared objectives and emphasized the significance of collective participation in the PROMENT project
