Mentorship Session on Cybersecurity Basics with Yevhen Patlan National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic”

On December 11, a meeting was held with expert Yevhen Patlan, a representative of Percona.

This was an engaging and informative event where students, guided by the mentor, explored:

  • Modern challenges in the field of cybersecurity;
  • Effective approaches to database protection in the digital environment;
  • Practical advice and real-world case studies shared by a professional.

The mentorship session once again emphasized the importance of acquiring up-to-date knowledge and skills in the field of cybersecurity.

The event was conducted as part of the pilot “Digital Mentoring Crash Course” program under the Erasmus+ KA2 PROMENT international project: “Promoting Professional Education and Active Student Engagement through the Establishment of a Comprehensive Mentorship and Tutoring System in Higher Education Institutions.”
