On May 28, 2025, another meeting was held on the topic “Mentoring in state authorities and local self-government” within the framework of the EU Erasmus+ project 101082696-PROMENT “Promoting professional education and active participation of students through the formation of a comprehensive system of mentoring and tutoring in higher education institutions.”

The purpose of the meeting was to consider the features of resource management in professional activities. During the meeting, the mentor emphasized that in modern conditions it is very difficult to organize work in such a way as to be moderately busy with work. In a world where organizations work quickly, and most often in a virtual environment, managing workload is quite difficult. That is why the mentor and mentee examined in detail modern technologies of resource management in professional activities.

During the meeting, a resource management plan was developed that will allow you to control your own workload during professional activities in real time. This approach will help you effectively balance resources and have a holistic picture of how to achieve your goal.
