About the reporting conference on pedagogical practice within the framework of the PROMENT project at the Black Sea National University named after Peter Mohyla

On October 26, 2024, a report conference on pedagogical practice-2 was held at the Black Sea National University named after Peter Mohyla within the framework of the EU Erasmus+ project 101082696-PROMENT “Promotion of professional education and active participation of students through the establishment of a comprehensive system of mentoring and tutoring in higher education institutions” for philology students (specialty 014.01 “Secondary education (Ukrainian language and literature)”, group 446C).
The moderator of the meeting was the head of practice, candidate of philological sciences, associate professor Halyna Kosareva. Mykolaiv Lyceum No. 38 named after V. became the practice base. D. Seagulls
Students under the leadership of progressive mentors, teachers Iryna Kharitonova, Halyna Tkachenko, Tetyana Koval conducted lessons and extracurricular activities in a mixed format (offline and online) for five weeks.
According to the practice curator Tetyana Koval, “the lessons of student-practitioners differed in high-quality theoretical and practical training and were aimed at the development of critical thinking” as well as infomedia literacy skills.
It should be noted that during the internship, students actively participated in workshops and trainings organized by the Center for Tutoring and Mentoring of the Petro Mohyla National University.
In this way, young teachers increased the level of their professional pedagogical competences, which contributed to the positive results of practical training. We express our sincere gratitude to the administration of Mykolaiv Lyceum No. 38 named after V. D. Seagulls for giving students the opportunity to learn new things, gain experience within the walls of the progressive ZZSO city.
