The Center was established within the framework of the PROMENT project, funded by the European Union. Its main goal is to support students in employment and the development of professional and civic competencies through a system of tutoring and mentoring.

Main objectives of the Center:

• Development of a comprehensive T&M system in higher education institutions to increase graduates’ chances of successful employment.
• Creation of educational materials and tools to support students.
• Training of staff and students to work as tutors and mentors, including the involvement of industry professionals.
• Internationalization of experience — cooperation among partner universities and strengthening links with the socio-economic environment.
