On April 11, 2024, the 2nd Conference “Gamification in Education” took place at the Gda\u0144sk Tech, Poland.<\/p>

This conference brought together representatives of higher education institutions, schools and representatives of non-public organizations and representatives of the business environment from all over Poland, creating a unique platform for the exchange of ideas, experiences and best practices in the field of education.<\/p>

Gamification is the use of game mechanics and dynamics in the learning process so that our students enjoy their development, and work satisfaction, feel valued and can collaborate with others and engage in their hobbies, performing creative tasks that bring them closer to a defined goal.<\/p>

Gamification in education is not a competition or a race, it is support and a shared journey, it is self-development, autonomy, a place where you can suffer failures and learn from them to move forward boldly, it is an exciting adventure, being part of a community and feeling safe.<\/p>

It was a unique opportunity to present the tutoring and mentoring (T&M) system of the Erasmus+ project PROMENT, where students, faculty, and business representatives collaborate to enhance approaches to the preparation and support of young professionals.<\/p>

\u00a0Natalia Bokla presented the PROMENT poster at the National Conference on Gamification in Education,<\/p>

During the conference, Nataliia Bokla presented a poster describing the main principles of the PROMENT project was presented. She also answered the questions of the conference participants and shared her ideas on how gamification can be used to improve student motivation and engagement in learning.<\/p>

Natalia Bokla said, “I was delighted to present the PROMENT project at this conference. It was a great opportunity to share my knowledge with others and learn more about how gamification can be used to improve education.”<\/p>
