This document describes the privacy policy for the site <\/span>https:\/\/proment.pro\/ <\/span>(hereinafter \u2013 the Site) of the project \u201cProment – Promoting professional education and students engagement through comprehensive mentoring and tutoring system at HEIs\u201d (hereinafter \u2013 PROMENT project). \u00a0This project is co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Program (project Number: 101082696 \u2014 PROMENT \u2014 ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE). This document explains what types of information can be collected and stored on the Site, and how this information may be used and provided information.<\/span><\/p>\n

Collection and use of personal data<\/span><\/p>\n

Personal data<\/span>\u00a0\u2013 this information or a set of information about an individual that is identified or can be specifically identified.<\/span><\/p>\n

The visitor may be asked to enter personal data for registration purposes on the Site. After filling in the newsletter of the PROMENT project, as well as the feedback form on the Site, it is considered that the visitor has agreed to the processing of his personal and contact data by the team of PROMENT. PROMENT team can store information about the connection, traffic, date, and time of the visitor\u2019s work on the Site.<\/span><\/p>\n

The personal data of the visitors is used to ensure the exchange of information, relations in the field of advertising and communication in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine \u201cOn Protection of Personal Data\u201d, \u201cOn Information\u201d, \u201cOn Advertising\u201d, \u201cOn Telecommunications\u201d, \u201cOn Entrepreneurship\u201d, \u201cOn Information Protection\u201d in information telecommunication systems, \u201cSun TZI 2.5-010-03\u201d Requirements to protect the information of the WEB-page from unauthorized access \u201c. Visitor data can be stored for 3 years.<\/span><\/p>\n
